History
Main article: History of Grønbjerg
On 23 January 2005, the Provinces Act recognized the Principality of Grønbjerg as a province of the Empire, with the Prince as its governor.
On 8 October 2006, the Emperor recognized that the traditional Grønbjerg claims extended into the State of New York and thus outside the borders of Septempontia, and therefore revised the laws to differentiate between the Province and the Principality, although they are very closely intertwined. The Province, as then defined, was slightly smaller than the Principality.
In August 2007, the borders of Septempontia were redrawn, including those of all the provinces, bringing the borders of the Principality and Province of Grønbjerg into agreement.
Governors of Grønbjerg
