The College of Arms

Established 13 July 2004 by His Majesty's Edict No. 4, the purposes of the Septempontian College of Arms are:

  1. To maintain records of all coats of arms and other heraldic devices;
  2. To maintain the rules governing heraldic devices;
  3. To teach people how to correctly use and display heraldic devices;
  4. To help Septempontians to register their own heraldic devices;
  5. To advise the courts regarding heraldic matters, providing expert testimony.

The head of the College of Arms is the Emperor, who appoints and dismisses such other officers of arms as he thinks appropriate to achieve the College's purposes.
