The Emperor at Ray's Hill

His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Septempontia is Head of State and Government of Septempontia.

The constitution of the Empire provides that the monarch of Triparia also holds the office of Emperor for the whole of Septempontia.

He serves as the Empire’s fount of honor, arbiter of symbolism, and leader in cultural initiatives. He enacts laws, rules in judicial cases, and appoints Councilors and Ministers to assist him in the execution of Government.
